April 18 2012

The unveiling of Manor Kingdom‘s new show home at Kip Village in Inverkip demonstrates the developer’s commitment to quality.  House hunters are urged to visit the brand new ‘Earl’ show home, a three-bedroom property that has been stylishly decorated to display the high level of finish buyers can expect in a Manor Kingdom home.

The new show home’s ground floor comprises an entrance hall, modern fully fitted kitchen including integrated appliances, a separate dining area with doors leading to the rear garden, a roomy lounge and a cloakroom.  Heading upstairs, visitors will find the master bedroom, complete with fitted wardrobes, en-suite and balcony, two further good sized bedrooms and a contemporary family bathroom.

Margaret Davidson, sales manager at Manor Kingdom Homes says: “Homebuyers looking for a new property in Inverkip really should come down to the development. The homes available at Kip Village are ideal for a variety of different purchasers, from those looking to upscale to a larger home to those looking to downsize to a more manageable property. We have something to suit everyone here!”

The development has a choice of excellent schools nearby as well as established transport links, including the A78 which provides easy access to both Inverkip railway station and Glasgow Airport. Greenock and Gourock are situated just a few miles away and offer a host of shopping, leisure and healthcare facilities. Commuters would be well placed with Glasgow around 30 miles away.

Graemeslea from Redrow Homes

This weekend, there are discounts of up to £40,000 at Graemeslea, the Redrow executive development in Aberuthven

A development of spacious new homes in Aberuthven, south-west of Perth, some prices have been discounted by up to £40,000 at Graemeslea. There are just a few four- and five-bedroom houses left for sale, all finished to Redrow’s highest specification and priced from £270,000 to £385,000. Set in countryside yet just an hour away from both Glasgow and Edinburgh, the development would be ideal for an executive with a family.

Middlebank Rise is located east of Dunfermilne, ideally placed for the M90 motorway linking Perth to the Forth Road Bridge, and is 25 minutes from Edinburgh by car. Two-bedroom apartments at the scheme start at £122,500, with two-, three- and four-bedroom houses priced from £129,000 to £230,000, including some designs from Redrow’s New Heritage Collection of Arts and Crafts-inspired houses. Redrow is offering part-exchange deals on selected plots as well as a range of other special incentives this weekend.

In Inverkip, there’s a range of three- and four-bedroom houses for sale at Sylvan Brae, priced £171,000 to £205,000. A world away from the bustle of Glasgow on the Renfrewshire coast, the town is only 45 minutes way by car. There is also a rail service into the city from the local station. Inverclyde has some stunning coastal and rural scenery and is a wildlife haven, with many sports and outdoor activities available in the surrounding area.

At its Whitehirst Grange development, Redrow’s new homes in Kilwinning also benefit from a combination of proximity to the coast, some delightful countryside and good commuter links. There are three- and four-bedroom homes here with prices ranging from £175,000 to £255,000. Kilwinning itself is undergoing a substantial regeneration scheme at present and there is a country park, numerous beautiful beaches and some of Scotland’s best golf courses all accessible in a short drive (no pun intended!) from the development.
